Senior Project Reflection

1) Positive Statement
I am most proud that I was able meet 30 minutes of talking time and that there were no major problems in my pesentation.

2) Questions to Consider
a) I would give myself a P because I feel that I met all the requirements and everything had a connestion to my EQ.

b) Overall I would give myself an AP because I began to struggle and fall behind towards the end.

3) What worked for you in your senior project?
I think service learning and the independent components worked because that's where I was able to analyze even more what winning a softball game was.

4) What didn’t work for you in your senior project?
Towards the end of senior year I did not make the research requirement and that effeced my grade in the exit interview.

5) Finding Value
The senior project has allowed me to see my capabilities in the sense that I feel more confident presenting information and digging deeper into a subject, and I also know now that I can overcome hard work and that I will be able to make it through my further education.

Answer #3

EQ: What is most essential to winning a softball game?

Answer 3: Having belief in the system which you were taught and your ability to execute it.

Evidence:

  • *Players with belief in what they are taught have confidence in what themselves and transfer the energy to the team increasing the chances of winning
  • **Changing my view of technique and having to relearn my entire hitting stance and execution I learned to have faith in what my coach is teaching me and believe that I can properly utilize the information when I am needed, to benefit the team.
  • *** Constant communication with your coach on and off the field is key to build a relationship with them and trust their logic.

Room Creativity

I plan to decorate the room with softball decor and possibly display trophies and uniforms that I have of my own. I want to try to use as mush of my own stuff as possible to show the experience and passion I have for the game.
I plan to do teambuilding exercises such as the human knot, and I also wanted to show some technique but I have yet to decide how it will correctly incorperate into my presentation to make connection.
